Spaghetti with Creamy Pesto and Plain Ricott’

A super creamy pesto pasta that is also extremely easy to make. This could be your go-to recipe when you don’t feel like cooking but still want to eat something fresh and comforting.


  • Ingredients
  • 100g Ricott’ plain
  • 40g water
  • 20g fresh basil
  • 5g lemon juice
  • 30g olive oil
  • 1g fresh garlic
  • 10g nutritional yeast (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 200g Spaghetti (gluten free option) or your choice of pasta


  1. Heat the pasta water. Blend all the ingredients, except the pasta, in a blender on high speed until you obtain a creamy sauce. Add salt or pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the pasta to your liking and then drain. Add the sauce and serve. You can eat the pasta as is or add plain Ricott’ or grilled vegetables as toppings.
